Returns Accepted Only for Damaged Items
At Immunara Premium Ingredients®, quality and your wellness are our top priorities. All products are carefully packed and inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, as long as the following conditions are met:
When Is a Return or Replacement Applicable?
- The product arrives broken, visibly damaged, or with a tampered safety seal
- The package shows signs of mishandling or leakage
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence is provided (package and product)
- The original item is returned to the address we provide (return shipping will be covered by us, if applicable)
When Is It Not Applicable?
- The product was opened by the customer
- The seal was voluntarily removed
- The product has been consumed or handled
- The request was made more than 48 hours after delivery
Do You Offer Refunds?
We do not issue refunds. If your claim is validated, we will send a new replacement product. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of every supplement.

We will review your request within 48 business hours. Approved replacements are shipped within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
